The Coaching Association welcomes Ronnie Grabon, SPHR to the network. Ronnie brings more than 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She has served on the senior executive team for a number of organizations in addition to having been involved in executive coaching and transition planning for both groups and individuals. In addition, Ronnie has served on the boards and executive committees of several non-profit organizations with a focus on children and their families.
After earning a BA and MBA from Rutgers University, Ronnie led HR functions in a number of different environments including: retail, professional services and educational institutions. She has been the Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state retailer. Within organizations, Ronnie has been involved extensively in business strategy, human resources and options.
Currently, Ronnie consults in the area of executive coaching for the Center for Creative Leadership, the number one leadership training organization in the country. In addition, she does a variety of consulting with individuals planning for transitions, as well as organizations trying to match their human resource strategy with their business strategy.
