Welcome to new TCA Coach Donna Riechmann

Donna Riechmann has joined The Coaching Association, bringing years of experience in executive leadership development and complex change management strategies to the network.  Donna offers one-on-one coaching, team coaching, facilitation, and custom designs as well as extensive experience in executive coaching, the use of 360º feedback and other survey instruments.

Donna holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina.  She is certified in MBTI, BarOn EQ and several 360 instruments as well as Future Search and Whole Systems Design.  Donna developed a research-based instrument, the Team Performance Questionnaire, and a team-building activity,  Polygon Puzzle, which are marketed internationally.

In addition to being a partner in the firm Leadership Solutions, Donna also has executive experience in a number of corporations, bringing both the coach and the corporate perspective to her work.  Donna has worked with Fortune 100 global companies and has consulted internationally, including work in Bermuda, Bosnia, Canada, People’s Republic of China, and the United Kingdom.
