Professional Profile

Ronnie Grabon, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in the human resource field. She has served on the senior executive team for a number of organizations. Ronnie has also been involved in executive coaching and transition planning for both groups and individuals. Additionally, she has served on the boards and executive committees of several non-profit organizations with a focus on children and their families.

Ronnie earned her BA and MBA from Rutgers University. She has led the HR function in a number of different environments including: retail, professional services and educational institutions. Ronnie has been the Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state retailer. Within organizations, Ronnie has been extensively involved in business strategy, human resources and operations.

Ronnie consults for the Center for Creative Leadership, the number one Leadership Training organization in the country, in the area of executive coaching. She also does a variety of consulting with individuals planning for transitions, as well as organizations trying to match their human resource strategy with their business strategy.
