Joyce Richman, Joyce Richman and Associates Ltd., founded in 1982, specializes in the coaching of university administrators, senior executives, managers, and their employees, assessing client strengths and needs, developing effective leadership and management techniques, enhancing and improving communication skills, advancing and retaining key employees. Joyce works closely with her clients to set measurable goals and facilitates action to achieve desired outcomes. She has extensive experience in the use of interviewing techniques, 360° feedback, and personality assessments. Joyce’s clients come from a broad spectrum of organizations and disciplines that include higher education, manufacturing, sales, marketing, media, technology, pharmaceuticals, medicine, banking and finance, service, IT, and non-profit sectors. Joyce is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) based in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is certified to administer a variety of feedback and psychological instruments including Benchmarks®, MBTI®, FIRO-B®, CSI©, CISS®, CPI. In addition to her private practice, Joyce has worked with hundreds of Center clients across the United States and abroad.
